Review: I've played at a few online casinos, but was pretty impressed with the customer service at Rome Casino. The casino itself has the basic games (nothing special), but its easy to use and I had no troubles navigating through the site. The blackjack game had decent graphics, and there were a few variations, however the dealer stood on all 17's (most casinos are dealer hit on soft 17) so I think that lowered my odds. Once I opened an account there was someone instantly there in the live chat making sure that I didn't have any questions and he even offered me a bonus. At first it was an offer if I made another deposit, but I asked whether he could just give me one for the first deposit and he did (showed up right in my account within minutes). He was upfront about the requirements of the bonus (playing roulette, blackjack or video poker didn't qualify for the rollover) and the 20x rollover, however I didn't realize that it would block me completely from playing blackjack even with my current bankroll. So I ended up having to play slots, which was fun but not why I joined the site. I actually had problems with my computer crashing and the customer service guy (same person as in the live chat) instantly called me to verify my information. They probably thought I was frauding them, but it was impressive that they were that on the ball - gives me confidence in the company. After zeroing out, the live chat guy popped up instantly to see whether I was interested in making another deposit. I haven't yet, but have no hesitations about going back. Advice to others - if you want to play blackjack, don't take the bonus.
