Review: I've played at a few different online casinos, but this is the first time that I've had so many issues trying to get paid AND then after getting paid they treated me like crap. After searching the internet I see that others have posted in forums that they've gone through the same headaches with Diceland Casino. Once I started winning and asked to withdrawal the funds things got weird; and they had already approved all my documentation, so that wasn't the issue. First they said the payout would take a couple days, then days turned into weeks and when I asked customer service they said "they were looking into it", I mean what did they have to look into (I never got a straight answer)? In the end it took 24 days to get paid! Now that I have my money they've taken away all bonuses as they say bonuses are for "inexperienced gamblers" - not that I'd deposit with them anyways. You've been warned, stay far away!
